I have created a Meet Manager .mdb file that is set-up to reflect the proper categories and event numbers that have been established at the provincial level so that the advancers from all districts will import into the zone file without any issues. Part of the problem with Meet Manager is that as soon as the setup is not the same for everybody, importing advancers becomes a nightmare. If all districts use this new Meet Manager file to run their meet this year, I hope to eliminate some of the common issues that have come up in the last few years.
Here is a copy of the Meet Manager file :

NOTE: If your district does not have a licence for Meet Manager that allows combined events, you will need to use the following file:
District Meet - Template 2018 - no pentathlon.mdb

(NOTE: These instructions do not specify that you should also check under Set-up ----- Athlete/Relay Preferences to see if you need to allow more that just "A teams only")
