Team Manager Registration 2024

Senior High SPAA Championship is on May 22nd, 2024 (Registration due May 15th)

Junior High SPAA Championship is on June 4th, 2024. (Registration May 30th)

Please follow the instructions very carefully in order to register your team using Hy-Tek Team Manager.

STEP 1

Download the school codes sheet HERE (Sr High)

or HERE (Jr High)

Be sure to use this information and copy it EXACTLY when you are creating/editing your team in Team Manager.

Step 2

Download TEAM MANAGER Lite Software (Free Version): Please download and install the software on a Windows Operating System PC if you don't already have it.

If you already have TM Lite installed from the previous season, You can skip this step. 

 Note: If you need to register more than 100 students in Team Manager, you will need to purchase the full version.

Step 3

CREATE YOUR TEAM IN TEAM MANAGER

Follow instructions in THIS DOCUMENT to create your team (using the information from the school codes sheet).

Step 4

IMPORT EVENTS AND REGISTER ATHLETES

Import the following ZIP FILE in Team Manager by following the instructions on the document from step 3 and

register your athletes in the wanted events.

Once you click on the link, you may have to click on the download icon (see image below)

Step 5

EXPORT YOUR ENTRIES AND SEND TO MEET COORDINATOR

Export your entries by clicking on FILE -> EXPORT -> MEET ENTRIES

Then click OK.

Send your entries to alain.mahe@gmail.com  

(send the *.tcl file that is created when following proper steps)
